Q: Once we opened the package there was a strong odor. Similar to cigarette smoke. Has anyone else experienced this?

Something must be wrong with that particular package. I have ordered Sleepovers for over 2 years and have never smelled anything odd -- certainly nothing like cigarette smoke or any kind of strong odor. I would suggest that you return that package.

Q: can they fit all ages with autism can they fit a 34 inch waist ..?

I highly doubt they can fit a 34 inch waist. My son is a size 14-16 in boys pants and they did not fit him. We use a size small in the equate men's disposable underwear and they work fine.

The package states that it fits 60-125 pounds. If the person weighs between 60-125 pounds they will fit. Thanks!!

Q: Exactly how many bags (12 diapers per bag) do you receive?

I know the Quality of Life store's product is 1 case. Which equals 4 bags of 12 diapers per bag. A total of 48 diapers for the price listed.
