Easy to use + easy to clean
I ordered the white thermos b/c it was on sale and not b/c I needed it but to my surprise it's really good! There are 5 parts total to cleaning, the lid is made of 4 and then there's the base. Once you follow the directions it's easy to put together, not a lot of strength needed for the assembling. I hand wash my dishes so this one was pretty easy, I use the Oxo brush for the lid parts and it does the job.The mouth is wide enough for my ice to fit so it's easier to grab. I just add water throw in some ice and I'm on my way out. On the weekends, I like to roam around with tea and it keeps it hot. The versatility of the bottle makes it that much better. Also, leakproof. Only suggestion - a handle would have me it even better so it's easier to carry. Other than that- it's a great product!

Airtight, keeps coffee hot for hours
Serves its purpose. Nice coffee mug. Easy to use and lock. I throw it in a backpack on bike rides and it has never leaked. Holds a good amount and fits in a standard cup holder. Keeps coffee hot all day. Lid comes apart in 2 pieces for thorough cleaning. Good design.

Great bottle but beware of the color
I initially bought one of these coffee mugs because I loved the easy to clean lid and spill proof feature. I noticed the bottle came in "Jade" which is my favorite color so it was a perfect match. Long story short I ordered and returned this bottle 3 times because they kept sending me the "Sage" color, even though it is not a color option listed on Amazon. I tried sending it back and complaining but I was still being sent the wrong color. As you can see in the picture this mug is more of a dark grey/green which is not what I wanted but I accepted my fait that I will never get the color I wanted.Overall the mug is great, but the mouth piece is pretty deep and awkward to fit your mouth on at first, but with time you get used to it.

Can your Stanley cup do this?
I love oxo travel coffee mugs. Unlike other travel coffee mugs, these don't leak and they seal completely. I can fill my travel coffee mug and toss it in my backpack and not have to worry about coffee leaking all over everything. I've also used it for cold beverages and they stay cold all day. After I bought the small one I went ahead and bought a larger size one also. And with this travel coffee mug I rarely have coffee down the front of my shirt.

Beat Contigo, Yeti, and Stanley in my testing
I've purchased Contigo, Yeti, and Stanley bottles, among others and this OXO is the best thus far, if you're looking to transport hot beverages.Leakproof was my main concern and I test by pouring boiling water from my tea kettle into the bottle, screwing on the lid, then inverting the bottle twice. Contigo, Yeti, and Stanley bottles shockingly all started spraying out hot water through the treads there the lid screws to the bottle and in some cases though the sealed opening where you are to drink from. This OXO bottle was the only one that did not leak. In fact, when I rotated the lid to it's open position for drinking the pressure it was containing from the hot water and steam escapes like with a woosh. The others could not contain the pressure, and instead allowed the hot water to be forced out where their seals are inadequate. This I certainly didn't expect from the Yeti, but had to return it as well.I make a hot tea, of fill with coffee and put bottles in my shoulder bag, on the car seat next to me while I get organized, or under the airline seat in front of me. I don't want a bottle that leaks when hot liquid sloshes around a little inside. The lid is a little bit more difficult to clean than the Contigo, but comes apart in about the same fashion as the Yeti. The open and close position of the lid's valve achieved by rotating the lid and if has a nice red indicator inside to indicate closed position. Opening and closing for drinking requires two hands, unlike the Contigo I tried with the read push-button release, but I don't find this a problem for the way I use it, and am willing to use two hands to get a bottle that is actually leak-proof.Only improvement I can see after using it for a couple weeks is I’d prefer if the direction you rotate the upper half of the lid to allow for drinking was in the counter-clockwise direction. This is more natural when unscrewing any bottle or jar, so I find myself still having to think before opening to sip.

Love this coffee mug
I absolutely love this mug. My coffee mug of choice has always been this brand. I was very attached to the older style of this coffee mug. I've tried several other brands but have been unable to find one I love as much. When I saw the updated version I knew I had to get it. The biggest plus about this new style is the lid. It comes apart completely to clean. No more coffee/mold build up that can't be reached! Taking apart and reassembleing is simple with no weird metal springs or anything of the sort. And you know you have gotten the lid clean without having to use tiny brushes to do so.It's a sturdy mug that I know is going to last me years to come.

Better thermals than Yeti, still dishwasher safe
Was looking for a mug that held temp (hot) better than the Yeti Rambler, but still was dishwasher safe. This one seems to be the right amount of give and take. Some of the pieces are pretty small, but we throw them in the small items basket and they seem to clean up well. I do wonder if you can buy replacement pieces like you can with the Yeti though... If not that could potentially shorten the lifespan.Holds things warmer noticeably better than the Yeti, and I've actually burnt myself a few times because of it. This is good for me because I'm caffeine sensitive but only like espresso drinks, not regular coffee. So I have to have a drink over 6 hours lol and don't like lukewarm drinks. With the Yeti the primary point for heat to escape is the lid, whereas on this it's right around the silver band where the top screws on.Compared to the 20oz Yeti I also find it's easier to hold (I have small hands). It gets in the way on a desk less since it has a narrower footprint.
