This is a very high-quality bowl, the Rolls Royce of aluminum / silicone bowls …
When I first ordered this Kaloud Samsaris Lapis bowl, I was wondering if anyone would pay the hefty asking price of around $49. A bowl can’t be that nice, or can it? This isn’t a small bowl, but rather a large one that combines the best of both worlds … silicone and aluminum. The black silicone jacket is the typical silicone I see in an inexpensive silicone bowl. The bowl is amazingly well-crafted. What I often see are clay-like bowls, similar to a cheap flower pot. This bowl is a high-quality one I might see in a higher quality hookah setup. The silicone, as mentioned, jackets the bowl. They do have a website which outlines exactly how to use their products. I do love the design this Kaloud has. This is a very high-quality bowl, the Rolls Royce of aluminum / silicone bowls. It’s that nice.

well worth luxury hookah
yes, these are more expensive than the ordinary standard hookah accessories, but these are well worth the extra dollars. they are supreme quality and always a hit at my parties bc many haven't seen these type of hookah heat management systems. they are definitely a sight to see, great craftsmanship (and they look expensive). I get a ton of usage of them, and they still work just as well as day 1 & have survived many drops. they come beautifully packaged making them great gifts for the hookah smoker. With covid, my friends and I have forewent visiting hookah lounges, but these products have made my at home experience top notch. Both the Lotus 1 & 2 HMS fit my pre-existing hookahs as well. thumbs up all around

Aluminum won't crack when I accidentally knock over my hookah
What I like about aluminum is that it's sturdy. If your hookah doesn't have a particularly stable base, like most traditional hookahs, this hybrid silicone aluminum bowl is a great low stress option. I've broken more than a few clay and ceramic hookah bowls, which is why I got this aluminum one. Much less stress, especially for something so premium!

Nice bowl, not worth the money
As a hookah smoker I know that it's a niche hobby, most of the stuff is over priced, this bowl is no exception. It is a VERY nice bowl, but I have a hard time justifying the cost for a silicon bowl with some aluminum in it.

Great quality!
The Hooka Bowl is heavy duty and great quality. The details are perfect. It can really provide a nice touch to an old hookah set. Highly recommended!

Not worth the effort
Hookah bowls are usually made of clay/ceramic. Aluminum burns the hottest out of those two & even burns hotter than glass bowls. This saves charcoal at the cost of heat management. The heat management is difficult which is why this is not a beginner bowl. If you don’t vent your lotus at the correct time you have a high probability of charring your shisha & once it’s burnt theirs no saving the bowl after that. This bowl fits perfectly with the lotus & I love how high quality & heavy the bowl itself is. You really need to know the ins/outs of heat management to properly use this bowl, but once you figure that out the bowl works ok & because it’s aluminum it heats up very fast. However, because of the difficulty of use I cannot recommend this to most people, I don’t find that the slight convenience of this bowl outweighs the performance of a clay bowl.Edit: aluminum bowls burn like a furnace, even with expertise I’m unable to heat manage without absolutely scorching the bowl. It isn’t worth the effort, get a clay bowl. Beautiful product though that’s all I can give it.

Expensive and not much else besides that
This Kaloud Samsaris Lapis Hybrid Hookah bowl is very cool. Very luxurious. Expensive. I didn't notice any difference when I used it vs any other cheap bowl I have used and honestly it was harder to use and keep the tobacco heated and smoking. I can't say it's worth the money or time, but you may have better success than me.
