This is a brilliant steamer. Quick to heat up the steam and cleans well. Can’t comment on reliability, as only used it once. Good number of tools for different tasks. Easy to use. Husband was the one who wanted to buy a steamer, I didn’t see the need for one, but having used it I’m totally converted.

Best purchase I have ever made for cleaning. I have never known cleaning to be easy, fun and pleasurable… yes pleasurable! Because when you see stuck on grime come off….. that you’ve been trying to tackle for a while… it brings you pure joy when it wipes off! I’ve used it once on my house after a mucky construction job and it was great… I know I will need to use it a few times but it’s given the sparkle already! Don’t hesitate to buy this in other words… and stick to the recommended water levels for easy and effective cleaning.

The product arrived Fast. Ordered it in 1 AM in 6PM was here. Since 6PM up to 10PMproduct was in constant use, and not because I had a deadline for review, its because- I did not know how I was living without it before? To a Childless person- you have to understand- this product ain't essential.I did see bedbug epidemy, and I am PANICKING. To prevent and check is my household clean enough I had to do something on time, so I bought this. Excellent for purpose. Steam blows deep in between all wood frames - you have a combination of heat, steam (moist), and that blow-off effect. BRILLIANT for purpose.I did skirting boards and some places I know bed bugs like, corners - brilliant blow away efect-now its easy to take samples of dirt to see- is there bedbugs?I Pass over my household ceramic too- spotless effect.Design- extra. The water tank is cool- if you think you hold that in your hand all the time. with 250 ml water, you can do decent work. It does not take long for cattle to release pressure so you can refill it.My only problem is- I can not stop using it...

Don’t buy this. Broke after a few uses. Steam pressure not good enough to clean anything more than dust
