Worked and revived my broken scooter.
This controller worked like a champ. I had the burnt wires issue and the controller board was fried. After replacement, the unit works perfectly . I also replaces the connectors with heavier connections and soldered the connections to allow for better contact.

Works great
It’s about 3-4 mph faster than the original. Downside is it is only in kilometers and the screen is a bit to dark. For the price I give it 5 stars because it has been working great for a few months and has a few nice features like cruise control

Controller worked but Not compatible with Segway App
Three stars as of this review date - Jan 19, 2026. The controller did need to be rewired as I had a newer controller/motor wheel on my model. Rewiring was not that hard used MR60 electric connectors as other posts suggested. The two stars are because the controller I received, although it does work, it is NOT compatible with the Segway Mobility app (thus can't change from KMH to MPH (for USA) and other functions in the app) as the app is stating that the controller is Bound to another user. As Segway is not the producer of this controller they can offer no help.. Sent in a request to the seller to see if they can help with the unbinding of the controller I received from them. I will Keep review updated if/when I get response from them. Will increase star reviews once/if resolved.

Perfect
This is my second time buying from them and I’m satisfied. Only need the controller but it a great price for both. They are both compatible with the ninebot gmax and I recommend it if you need a replacement.💯

Works great for the price
It's a replacement for the parts that no longer work. They are clones boards that work great for the price. If you want oem then pay double for oem.

It works, BUT.
Swapped out the control board and the dashboard. The scooter runs. The throttle seems a little sensitive. I think it is programmed with a linear acceleration curve instead of a quadratic curve. It is bound to someone else and I cannot adjust the settings. I have emailed the company that supplied it. No response so far after three days.

It works but some features don't work
Works great goes to top speed, but it's a clone controller and dashboard (XBOT) not OEM, all the options in the Ninebot app don't work. The most annoying thing is it won't switch from km/h to mph, tried the option in the app multiple times but won't switch on the dashboard. You also can't switch to custom firmware. If this is fixable I will update my review, if it is please let me know.
