So Im currently at 11 weeks pregnant and these have already been very helpful!I followed another reviewers recommendation and took 3 pills per day but spread them out over the day versus taking all 3 at once.I took one at each meal (breakfast, lunch dinner) over the course of 2 days. I made sure to drink a glass of water with each one as well as to up my hydration in general. For me, they didn't provide immediate relief, but things started "moving again" within the next day. So, upon taking the first pill, I'd say within 12-24 hours, I saw results.The pills are a bit big, but are coated so they still slide down easily.My package arrived fine. Pills were separated as they should be and not melted together.Will be making sure to keep these on hand, especially for the remainder of my pregnancy!

Product is as described. Works great for me and my family when needed. I would buy this product again. It's hard to locate the amount they supply in the store, so I buy it off Amazon. Get more for your money.
