This is a great collapsable rod and reel combo. I purchased it for fishing while camping out with the scouts and my grandson. The rod holds up well and is very compact for transportation. The reel has smooth action and works well. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a good fishing set up for on the go.

I was very pleased with the quality and durability of this rod and reel. Not only is it more heavy duty than I expected, this combo has it all a nice case and is compact enough to fit anywhere. You never know when your going to go fishing so why not pack one of these in the trunk so your ready any time the mood strikes.

loved this rod reel combon, bought 3 of them , 2 for me ine for my grandson ..carbon fibor telocoping rod , very sterdy , good action , reel well built good bearings , made for many years of good hard work ,and fun , i recondmend this setup , glad i moved up to this model. Very compact . I perfuredd the 7' model. the 8' has a sliding eyelet ,I dont care for , like my eyelets solid to rod !!! I recondmend this set up..Doc...

These are pretty good, little compact poles.You can carry with you just spot anywhere on your bicycle.On your motorcycle caught a lot of fish with this never had any problem

I got this fishing pole set for my husband for his birthday and he was beyond excited to have received it! He immediately put it all together and stated that this a very nice set and extremely well made. He stated that the feel of the pole had a nice weight about it and he anticipates it is going to be perfect for the fishing spots we have picked out. He is so excited to try it out and I would hightly recommend this pole set!

This product couldn’t have been more perfect for taking this pole on a long trip and occupied hardly any space and came with some lures that worked like magic and was catching bass left and right.

Why not 5 stars? I ordered two and both had an issue with the second eyelet from the tip. They were loose, would slide up and down the pole some. It could be corrected manually by sliding down into where it should be so that it tightens into place.Otherwise . . . I bought this because I'm paralyzed and get frequent rides to doctors' appointments. At a lot of my appointments, I will have to wait an hour or more for my return ride home and many of the locations of my appointments have great looking ponds for fishing. It isn't practical for me to take my 7' one-piece rod with me!

Rod and reel are easy to use and great value for the money. A lot sturdier than expected!
