I love this thing. The NEWGO Gel Ice Pack has been a game-changer for my back pain. It comes with two gel packs, which is incredibly convenient—especially for long days when I need extended relief. I can rotate them out and always have a cold one ready.The adjustable strap is one of my favorite features. It secures the ice pack firmly in place so I can keep moving around without constantly readjusting. I roasted the hell out of my lower back with yard work yesterday and wearing this thing today, with both cooling pads inserted, was like a sweet dream. It's a massive time saver for me because I can get work done around the house while doing some serious therapy for an inflamed lower back. I have a 34-in waist size and I can fit it very snugly so that the cold really permeates. There's a lot of leeway so you could have a much bigger or smaller waist and use this very well. It's a Time saver in another way because previously I was laying on my back on an ice pad, looking at trash on my phone, usually for longer than I needed to, while icing.

Comfortable and easy to wear. Love the purple color. My chiropractor suggested this for my lower back, and it is definitely helping.

Great ice wrap for low back issues

The media could not be loaded. I bought this hot and cold gel ice pack for my husband because he has recurring back pain. He likes to alternate between heat and cold and this gel pack is perfect for that. It fits him nicely and since the strap is adjustable, I can wear it as well if I need it. I like that you can quickly heat it up in the microwave if you want to use the heat or you can pop it in the freezer or refrigerator for an hour or two to use the cold. It was nice that it also came with a resealable bag to place it in when you stored in the freezer. I also like that there are two gel packs so one could be dedicated for heat and one could be used for cold. Overall, my husband is happy with this gel pack and the fact that he no longer has to use a zipper bag full of ice that melts.

I love these ice packs. Easy to use, no mess and they stay cold. Great value for the money!

Greatconcept. There are lots of products like this to select from. This worked great, except the Velcro closure frayed after the second use. Shortly the whole side would start flapping and become useless. So, I returned it.

I sustained a back injury a couple of years ago. Three bulging discs in my lower back. It's taken a lot of physical therapy and exercise to recover from. I've got ice packs and they work for what I need them for. They don't stay cold for much longer than 15-20 minutes, but they're okay. But then I hurt my left shoulder a few months ago, and those ice packs weren't working so well. Very awkward and I couldn't adjust them to where I needed the cold to be. I needed something that worked better.I found these. There's a lot of shoulder packs to find on Amazon but I didn't like how so many of them looked super bulky. It's good to have ice where you need it, but I also like mobility. I found Newgo and decided I would try it out.I love this company's products so much that I decided to check to see if they had ice packs for your back. When I saw they do I didn't hesitate to make the purchase.This pack stays comfortably on my lower back and doesn't move. It's so easy to put the ice pack in and just as easy to put on. The velcro is solid but not so solid you can't get it on but not back off. It works like a dream. This is very reasonably priced and, unlike the shoulder pack, this comes with 2 gel packs. I use both to alternate heat and ice as needed. I know enough chiropractors, massage therapists, and physical therapists to know that the rule for muscles is 15 minutes of heat and 15 minutes of ice. With this you can do both and it is wonderful and comfortable.Like I've told my little brother, when you get older it's like the check engine light is always on, so it is good to stock up on items that improve your quality of life. Something in/on your body is going to flare up and hurt eventually, so it's good to have an ice pack ready for it when it does. This is a pretty good company to go with. I'm impressed with their products.
