Best sugar substitute EVER!!!!!
O...M...G!!!! I rarely write reviews but I just had to for this. I am 3 weeks in to a full zero sugar lifestyle change and it’s going pretty well. The hardest part has been my morning coffee routine. I get up to go to work at 2:30 am and before would have a cup of very strong, very sweet, very creamy coffee while reading the news on my phone. I tried it without sugar, couldn’t do it. I tried with stevia and then Splenda, couldn’t do it. It just wasn’t good. So defeated I switched to tea which, for reasons I don’t understand, have no problem drinking unsweetened or with an alternative sweetener. While not terrible, it just isn’t the same thing as that heavenly bean juice. So I was reading a keto recipe for of all things keto “oatmeal” and this sweetener was one of the ingredients so I started looking into it and decided to take the plunge. I was all ready to be disappointed but to my surprise I am absolutely delighted! I am drinking the most amazing cup of coffee as I write this and I can’t remember being happier! It has zero net carbs and is teaspoon to teaspoon measured the same as sugar and it is supposed to be great for baking. I highly recommend, that is all!

Excellent healthier substitute for icing sugar
I have been using this sweetener for some time now, so I 'know' it better, as well as its uses. While I stand by what I said before in my not-so-lengthy review: "GREAT substitute for powdered sugar in Trim Healthy Mama icings on healthy desserts!", I have more to say about it now.PROS:Uses a sugar alcohol called Erythritol, which is non-toxic to animals, a natural ingredient which does not negatively impact one's glycemic levelVery finely powdered to substitute for powdered confectioner's sugar (or icing sugar, depending on where you're from)Measures cup for cup like powdered sugar in recipesIn a sugar-free diet, such as a "trim healthy" one, this is a calorie saver!CONS:Not a lot in a bag, but the 3-pack mitigates that inconvenienceIf you aren't careful, it will go every-dadgummed-where - to accommodate for that, I recommend spooning or pouring it into your measuring cup with a piece of dry wax paper to help corral the mess in case you are a messy baker like me; AND, I recommend gently spooning it into your mixer when incorporating into a recipe so there is less sugar dust raised. Also - do NOT start the mixer on high speed.... unless you like messes. These are all suggestions I recommend for regular icing sugar, too, by the way.All in all - this is an excellent substitute for highly processed cane sugar if you are trying to live a trim and healthy lifestyle. I keep coming back and buying more, so that should tell you something!

Great sugar substitute for baking!
I love using Swerve Confectioners to bake!If you’re doing keto or just low carb baking it’s greatI use it as my sugar substitute in lemon cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, hot cocoa, chocolate chip cookies, brownies etcIt’s also great in frostings eg cream cheese icing (ensure it’s the confectioners type and not granular)It isn’t as harsh on your stomach as xylitol, isn’t as bitter (esp with chocolate) as stevia and I dnt find the “cooling effect” that people talk about in erythritol that bad in the swerve brandIt’s not my favourite in ice cream tho... I find xylitol works a lot better in ice cream, if you can stomach it .. esp if you’re gonna leave it overnightIt is obviously more pricey than normal sugar so people shouldn’t try to compare the 2 seeing as tho it’s not the same thing, but I dnt find the price bad for how long 2 bags personally stretch for meIf you’re looking to buy a sugar substitute for baking, I highly recommend trying it, and there are lots of videos on YouTube where people use the Swerve brand so you can look to get an idea of how to use it in products

Great Product
The confectioner's sugar, when stored in an airtight container, stays workable even when the humidity in the atmosphere is high. It measures the same as regular sugar, and works the same. Because it is erythritol based, it does not add to your carb count. I like to use it as the sweetener when I make popsicles, because unlike the granular Swerve, it does not dissolve but then return to granular status; therefore the texture of the popsicles stays better. Definitely recommend.

No calories no problems
Love this stuff! I’m a former hobby baker but I recently lost half my body weight. I’ve been enjoying making low calorie desserts while maintaining, and experimenting with artificial sweeteners. Mostly using this for frostings and glazes, but I’ve also made ice cream, edible cookie dough bites, protein bars, etc. (Everything pictured is under 100 calories!)It doesn’t quite behave the same as powdered sugar so keep in mind that a little bit goes a long way (and it helps to flavor it with cocoa powder, vanilla extract, etc.) HOWEVER I feel like it took my body awhile to get used to it (and artificial sweetener in general,) so if you have a sensitive stomach, I suggest you use it sparingly at first and see how it affects you.. the whole reason it’s 0 calorie is because your body can’t digest it (:Enjoy!
