The media could not be loaded. I had no problems getting through tsa with this case. It’s easy to open and stayed cold al day. There was plenty of room for my meds and it was small enough to fit in my always overfilled backpack. It also has a wrist band if you want to carry it in your hand. I highly recommend this product!

We use this for travel and have found whether flying or driving my husband's insulin pens stay cold. Longest we've gone is probably 8 hours but it may go for longer depending on temps around you. At the end of the day just pop into the freezer in your hotel room to refreeze.

Needed a small insulin carrier to take on flights. This one easily holds 5 pens or 4 boxed vials, does keep the insulin cold as advertised. Told pre check TSA that it was in my bag, as long as, gel is frozen, will not be a problem. Placed the get packs in freezer two days before flight. Used it on 3 2+ hour flights so far with no issues. Says cooling will last longer, I think it would. Well worth the price paid.
