Works great for what i needed it for which was to keep my lap top clean. Fit perfectly, easy to use and still can type - effortless.

This is a perfect fit on my Dell XPS 17 9700, it isn't as clear as I'd like though as it adds a sort of matte dullness, but it's fairly clear and after having spent a lot of time trying to clean under my keys to make them work better again I wanted to make sure it would be less likely to accrue dust, debris, dirt, and who knows what else under there again. So, the cover is a functional necessity in my opinion and while not as clear as I'd like it doesn't obscure the key faces or significantly reduce the backlighting. Plus, if I need to, I can take it off easily for better visibility and then put it back on.It is an excellent fit and I don't generally have problems with it coming off though occasionally, I catch the space bar or the right arrow key. It's not enough for me to warrant needing to stick it down but it does come with a few tape pieces that you can use to keep it in place. This would get 5 stars from me if not for one major problem. The fingerprint reader can't read my finger through the mat. It can tell that you tried to read your fingerprint so it will wake up or attempt to open but will keep giving you read errors asking to scan your finger again. My only option is to lift the corner and then scan my finger which isn't convenient. I will be taking an xacto knife to the rectangle for that button and cutting the mat in that spot so I don't have to keep lifting it to scan my finger.

I guess I didn’t realize there were different Dell XPS 15 models as well but when I got it, it didn’t fit my keyboard well. The color is beautiful and I love the texture and I can see how it would be really useful in catching dust and debris and preventing buildup in a keyboard. I gave it to my boyfriend because he has a newer XPS 15 that it fits perfectly. I’m glad it works for him. I didn’t intend on returning it so it’s good that it went to use with him.

Product does it’s job as a keyboard protector and keeps the Keys from getting worn out. My only request would be to have a cut out for the fingerprint sensor.

This keyboard cover is nice, but it completely covers the fingerprint reader so that I have to peel it up every time I need to use the fingerprint reader.

It fits dell precision 5560 model perfectly. It feels great.

I wouldn't call this the top of the line product. It is a temporary, mediocre product that helps protect the keyboard. It is held in place by 4 double-sided sticker patches. It still keeps bumping up and down the keyboard when you type. The fit is perfect. But the material itself doesn't let it stay in place. It very wiggly. Irrespective of all the drawbacks, it gets the job done to protect your keyboard from slight splashes of liquid (definitely not liquid proof...just prevents a few drops from getting thru the keyboard). You can easily wipe it off.

What a more perfect union. My keyboard is in love. Great Fit!!
