When reading the reviews, I was not sure if this came with just the mini tripod or also the phone stand as the phone stand alone cost $12.99. Both of the them come in the kit and are very nicely packaged. In general, the stand is a nice aluminum and is very durable, while the plastic phone holder is made of a solid polymer with metal rods and springs. It grasp the phone very well, but it is not the most stable on un-even ground. This is holding an iPhone Xs, and you can see that there is room for a larger case as well. The arms on the back capable of expanding much more so I am positive that an iPhone Xs Max would fit. It works incredibly well for tables and desk, just know that it can not hold the phone in portrait orientation for FaceTime or anything. The thread on the mini tripod is standard size which will allow it to hold many other devices such as speakers, small cameras, and even larger ones. There is not enough friction in the ball joint to hold larger cameras though so it will try to lean if the lens is too heavy.All in all, I would definitely recommend purchasing this before they are sold out and lost with time. Nobody else makes anything this small and handy. It should also last a very long time with regular use. I would have purchased the tripod even if the phone holder did not come with it. I have been pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of this stand.

I love the design of this thing. It is satisfying to expand and collapse. It has a very nice and stable platform assuming you have a relatively flat and stable surface for it.The design of the cradle makes it nice for holding your phone vertically or horizontally, and when vertical, there is a cutout for the charging port to be plugged in on the bottomThe only nitpick I have is that it can be a little too easy to start unscrewing the cradle from the base when you really just mean to rotate its orientation.

This item is for a cellphone (holder and tripod). I recently saw a review on the tripod from 5 years ago on You Tube. The tripod was a perfect product for my needs and the cameras(point and shoot) that I use. The tripod stays on my cameras-I don't have to remove it for anything. The legs fold under my camera without much added bulk so the camera fits in my pockets. For my use, and my cameras, the tripod is sturdy enough-this is not made for cameras bigger than a cell phone. I have been searching for this tripod(also on the manufacturer website) and it was nowhere to be found. I happen to stumble on it when I was looking for other accessories for my camera. Wahoooo! I ordered a couple of them. I only use the tripod. The camera holder is meh....it is in my junk bin just in case I have need for it in the future. 4 stars for finding the product...finally! Cheers!

These pack down very small and are very easy to take around. I own a few of them and keep one in my laptop bag and one in my camera bag. They work great as small tripods. An additional feature that is really nice is that the top half (that holds the phone) can be unscrewed and can then screw onto a traditional tripod. The compactness and the ability to attach to a full tripod are why I keep coming back to this one. Currently using with an iPhone 12 Pro.

I was shopping for a low priced phone clamp and a micro tripod for my camera. I ended up with a single package that does both. I am tickled by how small this tripod is and when paired with the GripTight clamp it is just amazing. The package is an incredibly well thought out design.Tripod- It folds up smaller than my car key or my pocket knife. I have attached it to my point and shoot camera and just left it on. When folded it almost disappears into the camera body. I bought it for my GoPro, but it is sturdy enough to hold a much bigger camera. The 36 degrees of tilt, allows you to find a surface close to the angle of the shot you want and then use the tilt to align the frame. The rubber coating keeps the feet from sliding.GripTight Phone holder- Folds up tiny. Holds my iPhone 8+ with its case easily. When paired with the tripod it is pretty awesome, but it also fits my Gorilla pod.If you are trying to minimize the size of the photo/video gear you are carrying. This $20 package goes a long way.

I was looking for a lightweight phone tripod for getting straighter photos while leaning on rocks, etc. This little guy is perfect! Bonus, if I've got my Sony A7c with me, I can screw the phone holder off and it threads right into the tripod screw hole. It's fine for my lightweight camera/lens combo, but wouldn't work on anything heavy or long. For my needs as a backpack tripod to always have on hand, it's perfect!

I use this phone stand often and it’s definitely useful, especially for its compact size and portability. It holds the phone securely and works well with or without a case, which is a plus.That said, the back leg is a bit too easy to move—if you’re not careful, it can shift and throw off the balance. You’ll want to double-check it's positioned right before letting go. Also, for what it is, the price feels a little high.Still, it gets the job done and is super convenient for on-the-go use or quick setups.
