This drone is so nice I'm afraid to crash it so before I fly it I had practice on a drone simulator app. I had the force drone but crashed it. So, I'm new to this and I just want to take my time so there's nothing more that I want but to add but a great drone for the money.

Great drone for the price. I wanted to start with a less expensive drone but also wanted one that had all the GPS features and a good camera. This drone has met my expectations and is easy to fly in GPS mode. Altitude mode is a bit harder (I’m inexperienced with flying drones) so I have been using it in GPS mode. The Follow Me feature works great as does the Return To home. Beware that it does not have sensors to let it know when it is going to hit something.I can say from experience it is built very well. I got ahead of myself and tried going fast in altitude mode and found the only light pole on the street. The drone took a nasty plummet to the ground but luckily I only had 1 broken propeller. It come with spares so I was able to keep flying after the swap out. Hubsan sells all of the parts for this on their webpage so If anything ever breaks you can get all the pieces from them. Flying in GPS mode is very easy and makes you feel safe.

Just stopped working a week after purchase. Powers up fine but cannot arm the motors now. Did all the correct procedures, just stopped for some reason. Never crashed, not even hard landing. 20 bucks down the drain.

I love this drone!!! Love the built in screen! Easy to learn on. Good pictures, but learned the hard way that you need to turn off the video before you turn off the drone if you want to see the video you shot. Did have one problem, after the second charging of the batteries, on the third try the lights only blinked on and off and would not charge. Contacted them today about this, but trying it again this afternoon it was working again and doing it's job. Not sure what happened yesterday. Now that it is working again looking forward to flying again tomorrow!!! Hoping that this drone will at least train us for better ones in the future, or even with this one, we are hoping to be able to use drones in trying to find lost pets once we are drone competent.

Pros: Easy to use/learn/advance, fast and easy setup, range was visually further than I expected, durable - I've crashed mine twice while learning and it still flies perfectly, the video allows your imagination to soar, andNOT DEPENDENT ON A SMARTPHONE OR APP.Cons: battery door design flimsy, Owner manual not very user friendly (YouTube for operational instructions), and the fun is too addictive.

Works great all features on it work as described great colors in the camera and real time FPV I'm giving them 3 stars because they shipped the wrong color.

Least reliable electronics I've had in a long time. It randomly goes out of headless mode in normal flight, which leads to crashes. Video never worked. It always thinks it has an S D card even when it doesn't. Pictures don't work either.

I had a couple of toy quality drones a couple of years ago when they first became popular. I wanted something nicer this time around and researched the heck out of my purchase before deciding on the H501 Pro. In GPS mode it practically flies itself, just be patient and wait for at least 6 satellites on the drone. I failed to do that once and flew it into a brick wall.The screen on the transmitter could be bigger, but it's big enough. The 1080p camera takes surprisingly good pictures, my wife wasn't thrilled with the thought of me spending this kind of money on a DRONE, but she loves to see all the aerial pics I capture. My next drone in a year or two will have a 4K camera, but for features per dollar, you can't beat this drone.
