Good, dependable and cheap film-style screen protector.
What can I say, this is just a nice screen protector. For about $8 you get two of them, so in case you mess one up during install, or need to refresh an old worn out one (assuming it gets worn out somehow), then you have an extra right in the box, which is great.I am not particularly great at installing these, but this one was simple enough. Clean your screen thoroughly, spray your fingertips with the solution, peel the screen protector and spray the back of it with the solution, then place it on the screen and readjust and push out air bubbles as needed. Super simple.Readjusting is thankfully simple too - since this is for a screen that has curved edges, it's important that this process is doable and easy, so that's a huge plus here. For example, when I got mine placed down, I noticed that I hadn't gotten it quite lined up on the right side - since this is flexible, though, I was able to gently pull and stretch the protector over to the right so that it was lined up, without any hassle.I myself like to put tempered glass on my screens in most situations...but with curved screens I have learned that is a NIGHTMARE unless you are trying very hard to get it right, and even then you can fail and be out of money. So, although I wish this was tempered glass for my preferences, I would say that the ease of install is a fair tradeoff. As for how it functions...I'm usually pretty careful with my phone, but the protector has worked great so far. No damage to my screen, and no scratches on the protector - in fact, I accidentally scratched the protector once, but within minutes it was back to smooth - so the self-healing element of this is legitimate for lighter scratches and scuffs. As for feel...you'll definitely notice that it's on. It doesn't feel like the glass screen. I would even say that it doesn't feel as good as the bare screen itself, but it's not bad at all - just a little plasticky. Most importantly though, it hasn't impaired my ability to use the phone at all - it's not sticky or coarse or anything like that. It's pretty much smooth and performs smoothly as well, it just isn't as perfect as the pure glass underneath. But with a phone like this, that's a fair tradeoff for some extra protection in the long run.For look - I don't notice it when using the phone, unless I slow down and look really close at it. I don't think that it impairs the look of the screen at all personally. My friends noticed that my screen looked a little shinier than usual when I pulled my phone out for the first time with it on, but I haven't noticed any extra glare while using the phone out in bright sunlight myself (and I am in bright sunlight a lot, since I play Pokemon Go a fair bit).Finally...I have a case on this phone, one with a cover for the screen, and all of it works together seamlessly. So no worries on that front either. For as cheap as this thing is, as simple as it is and for as good as it is, I would say don't even think about it, just go for it. This is more than likely the right solution for you.

A solid, traditional wet-install screen protector
I have been putting wet-install screen protectors on my devices for many years, ever since I saw the folks at ZAGG take the material normally used on the leading edge of helicopter blades and put it on a device to protect it. Needless to say, I've gotten pretty good at installing wet-install screen protectors. ZAGG kinda went sideways for a while with their screen protectors, and their wet-install process did, too, but this isn't a review about ZAGG.ArmorSuit has kept the original, traditional wet install process and it works. It produces a smooth, clean install that is virtually invisible. In the case of this one, for the S22 Ultra, the screen protector is literally perfectly cut. It is a "case-friendly" screen protector, and that means that if you put a case on your device after you put your screen protector on, the case won't peel up the corners or the sides of your screen protector. I use two different cases on my device, one clear case from Spigen, and one matte black case from dbrand. The matte black case comes down a little lower on the sides of the device, so when I'm wearing that case, I can actually feel the edge of the screen protector when I swipe in from the edge. But I'd rather have that than have the screen protector be too big and the case cause it to peel. When I'm wearing my Spigen case, it comes up a little higher on the sides than the dbrand case, and I can't fee the edge of the screen protector at all. Literally a perfect fit. There are no issues with either the touch digitizer or the fingerprint reader. There is no need to increase the sensitivity of either; they both work flawlessly. And as long as you are careful not to gouge the screen with the S Pen, there are no problems using the S Pen either. And as an added bonus, the screen protector provides a small amount of "resistance" when using the S Pen, and so writing on the screen actually feels more natural and more like paper than without a screen protector in place. Actually I think Samsung could address this with some extra tips for "with" or "without" screen protectors, but now I'm into wishful thinking territory. I bet there's a small market out there for replacement nibs for the S Pen to make it feel a little more natural when writing on glass...Anyway, I'm not worried about damaging the screen protector, because ArmorSuit includes *two* screen protectors in their package. So if you do happen to harm your screen protector with some overzealous S Pen writing, you have a second as a replacement. Score! If you are a fan of wet-install screen protectors as I am, this is your product.
