Cool little ramekins for serving or prepping
I used one for sandwiches with au jus and it worked great. Meal took less then 8 minutes to make. The size was generous enough to dip without spillage. The handles made it easy to hold with hot au jus in it. I made three cups of au jus using Mccormick seasoning and poured the amount I needed directly into the ramekin. I would not have been able to secure such a good hold on the ramekin had it not han handles. Carry one handed from the sides was easier than holding from the bottom so for me the handles were functional. Also made placing on a white ware plate and moving it around as needed effortless.I made sandwiches by heating up deli thin meat in nonstick pan and placing Swiss cheese on top. The meat was so thin heat transfered very fast and didn't really need to cover with glass lid to melt the cheese. I would say 4 minutes at most and didn't have the heat very high.I made the au jus using powdered mix. Directions called for wishing for maybe 10 minutes but I started by placing 2 cups water on high in pot and mixing powder mix in 1 cup water and my single serve blender cup. 3 pulses blended a concentrate as the powder dissolved rather easily. I then added concentrate to pot and it seemed to instantly mix. I let it heat up and hand wicked to catch any lumps but surprisingly there weren't any. This is my favorite way to make instant gravies but it's so quick and complete. Cleanup is a cinch and you don't get lumps. Sometimes the edges of my pots get gunky from mashing up gravy lumps but this prevents it so I get a good gravy and clean pots that I don't have to scrub later. They don't really stack but nothing really does when it's the same size as others in a set. Usually you would need a tapered bottom. The only thing close would be be nesting or stackable prep cups. You can get these to stack if you rotate them 90 degrees from each other but due to diffences in ceramic you find one way works better than the other. I got it to work but I'm not trying to be too picky considering the price and feel of the piece. I find this to be more of a casual item for quick snacks rather than something uber high end. If you do stack make sure it's in a way as to not scratch the edges of the bottom piece.I added a pic to show its stack ability compared to smaller glass and ceramic stackables. In closing this fit and went well with my white plate and the contrast was visually appealing being white and red but I want one of her matching serving platter plates or trays to go with this so I can have a go to just for quick meals and snacks.Affordable, attractive and very functional. Rachael offers some very nice ceramicware.

A nice set of bowls for a great price
I bought these with the intent of easier cooking for our family. For instance, one family member can't have onions, so I can make single helpings of a casserole to accomadate each member of our family. One can have their meal with onions, one without and ect. However, when these arrived they were much smaller then I had expected. I thought that these bowls would be enough for 'two servings' of a casserole per bowl. And it's actually more like one small serving per bowl. Now, with that being said it is good for the light eaters in the family. But for a large man, he would need 2 or 3 bowls to be satisfied. So size wise, I was disappointed. However, with that being said I am still happy with my purchase for many reasons. The bowls themself are sturdy and feel like they are made very well. They oven safe, microwave safe, freezer safe and dishwasher safe. So they are very functional and easy to care for. They have handles with make an extra nice addition as far as carrying them too. Color wise they are bright and vibrant for those who like color. For someone like me though, a option to buy a set of black ones would of been awesome. Maybe that will be an option later though. Over all they are an affordable and efficiant set of bowls. And I would reccomend them to others. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because they are smaller than I had thought and I wish there was a color option to get a set of black.

Great Single Serve Ramekins!
I bought these as I watched a video of Rachael Ray making a healthy version of Mac N Cheese with greens and I just had to have them. I love the pop of red color and the convenience of the single serve size these ramekins offer. They arrived on time and are as described. The price was fair at just over $16. The only con is that the instructions that come with these say not to be used under a broiler--however I threw caution to the wind and gave it a try as the recipe called for a crisping of the top of the Mac N Cheese in the recipe she provided using these exact ramekins. I did not leave them in the Broiler long (just 2/3 minutes) and It worked fine for me. Obviously I realize if they are to break or crack it would be because I didn't follow the directions but again I put it in quick and it came out fine. I mean who doesn't love Mac N Cheese with a crusty topping...unheard of! I have only used them once but they worked out great for me. They do not stack great but you can place one inside the other in a tipsy fashion. Overall I love these and I recommend.

Wonderful stoneware!!!!! Bad packaging.
Loved these! Color is true to picture! The only reason I didn't give a perfect five stars is because I had several orders that came with at least one with the handle broken or cracked. There is clearly an issue with packaging. I had to go through several return processes, but Amazon ended up just refunding a box, so I remain a trustful buyer. So all-in-all, I still highly recommended this stoneware, because Amazon takes care of their loyal customers and won't make you pay for something that is broken. I hope Rachel Ray stoneware figures out a way to fix their packaging. If they do, this should easily be a five star product! It does everything it says. I use them to make batches of scrambled egg omelets and freeze them for my busy husband. I take one out every evening and put it in the refrigerator. Then in the morning, my husband pops one in the he toaster oven (say NO to microwaves!!). They have held up beautifully. I am very happy with the quality.

Ideal for individual servings
These ramekins are ideal for making individual servings of casserole dishes. I have been using them to make chicken pot pies. I can put them in the oven to cook a meal, refrigerate them and then, pop one in the microwave for a quick lunch. I love the colours. They wipe out easily to clean.

Good color, smaller than expected
Love the color, a little bit smaller than expected, added photo to show size, good for sauces and dips, but not much more.
