Q: Will this fit an oboe?

I have no idea. Frankly I no longer use a standard thumb rest on my clarinet, I've switched (returned) to a Ton Kooiman Maestro thumb rest - much more ergonomic as it distributes the weight of the instrument between the first and second joints of the thumb. There is an oboe version too. It's expensive but well worth it.

Q: will these fit a buffet crampon clarinet?

Yes.. fits over standard thumb rest. Flexible rubber slips over most standard. Actually have tried on an A3 with success
