Get the right size for what you are using it for.
This works great and is very convenient. I bought it to get into attic instead of pull down stairs. Then I digured i can use it for other things. But if you don't fully extend it, it is a little inconvenient because now some stairs are doubled up. Just get the right size for what you need it for. Otherwise everything with this ladder is good.

Nice and Compact
This is the second one that I bought (first one for my dad). This is so nice and easy to store. Use it for cleaning out skylights, climbing up on a roof. It's much safer for higher heights than standing on the top of a 7ft fold up ladder.

Great to use in small spaces.
I currently use it in a closet to get access into my attic. It's nice and convenient to use in small spaces. Storage and height are great for this.

Must for RV without attached ladders!
Bought this ladder for my husband when we go camping! Our travel trailer does not have an attached ladder. However, we need to be able to get onto the roof. The first couple trips, we took the huge ladder that we have at our house. This ladder is perfect for camping as it does not take up a lot of space. It was stable and easy to set up. It is heavier than I expected but if it was lighter then it would not be as good of quality. If you have an RV without a ladder, this is definitely a must!

Surprisingly Stable
I tried out today, fully extended (12.5 ft), on a level concrete floor. The ladder was surprisingly stable! I didn't expect that from a telescoping ladder. Retracting is also easy. It is light enough and small enough that I can carry with one hand, and store in the back of my UTV.

Easy to expand to height needed
Heavier than I expected but so easy to expand to height needed and to release the height!

Collapsible makes it easy to take while camping but sturdy while extended!
This is perfect to take with us while using our camping trailer. It extends to a good height and is sturdy while using it.

The rungs are tiny & closing the ladder is terrifying
Ok so first off, the ladder is a ladder, it is 14.5’ as advertised, the telescoping mechanism works as advertised. By the strictest definition of did I receive what I ordered… Yes… BUT the rungs of the ladder are ridiculously thin. I am a small woman at 5’1” and my tiny, literal child sized feet, are too big for the rungs. It is genuinely ridiculously uncomfortable to downright painful to stand on the rungs for more than 2-3 minutes. And last time I checked when your using a ladder it’s because you need to work in an area you can’t reach for an extended period of time and being unable to stay on the ladder, much less climbing up or down it because the rungs are so thin it’s physically painful to do so does not an effective ladder make! I was hanging a curtain rod and just for the maybe 20 minutes total and my feet were in agony by the time I was done (yes I was wearing shoes) and my feet hurt for days afterwards. The other issue is that 1 as a short person, if I were to follow the directions to the letter I could never extend the ladder past approximately 7 feet because they want you to extend the bottom rungs first and move upward until you have fully extended the ladder to the height required. Unfortunately because I can’t reach too high that limits the height I can extend it, instead I fully extend the first three rungs as instructed, then extend the top rungs until I have everything extended to full height (if I know I only need 10 feet instead of 14.5 I simply don’t extend the tops few rungs and extend the ones below it leaving the topmost extended rung extended to the safety 15 cm extension instead of fully extended as instructed. ie: I plan ahead and extend from the top down)But the truly terrifying part is when you are releasing the rungs and have to keep your fingers out of the way, but some of the release mechanisms are so tight (great for safety while up on the ladder) that it’s almost impossible to use just your thumbs to release the mechanism and you then are playing a game of Russian roulette hoping you can get all your phalanges out of the way as the rest of the rungs come ricocheting down as fast as a guillotine intent on crushing your fingers! If you enjoy a homemade horror game this ladder is for you, I personally would rather not have a heart attack every time I try to put my ladder away after using it.Otherwise… I mean… it IS a 14.5’ ladder, it DOES telescope… it accomplishes its function at the end of the day… even if it accomplishes its task poorly, it does still do its job… so I guess… Task Failed Successfully?
