Light at the end of the tunnel
So my Daughter purchased a new lamp shade from IKEA.. It did not fit the white dangling Pendant. This however solved the issue and in black even better to match the shade.Turn power of and remove rose.Fit new assembly.

Build quality!!
Only lasted a week, and then after carrying out a light bulb change, unscrewing a E27 bulb the part of the fixture which holds the bulb, came away with the bulb instantly exposing the live and neutral wires!! Not good!! Anyway I would recommend you don't purchase this product.

Useless
Do not bother buying this if you have normal size lamp shade- this has a massive connector that doesn’t fit through! Can’t be bothered with the faf of sending back, but totally useless to me!
