Perfect paint for off road vehicles
This works great as a paint for vehicles regularly off roading. Let alone people always want to touch your vehicle cuz the matte texture just looks cool. Tree branches are always causing scratches in regular paint, not this stuff. Drive right through tight stuff. I even rubbed a full grown tree, albeit kind of lightly in a tightly wooded area. Made a slight dent if you look closely. But didn’t damage the Durabak. The paint actually ground against the tree bark and wore down the tree… not the paint!!!

Worth the price. Preserves and protects- this is your answer
Awesome product. Have used clear-smooth and gray-textured so far. Both exterior application. Performed just as directions stated and so far I am very pleased. Clear went on wood planters, gray went on a shop floor ramp. Extremely durable, especially with two coats, UV stable without question, and the clear is truly clear. More rubberized than epoxy, but harder than the standard bed liner. Recommend wiping down surface with xylene to prep, seems to help with first coat coverage. Lays down nice. Will buy again. Coverage seems to be as advertised- 60 sq.ft. for two coats

Very grippy textured paint
I ordered the tan, even got a free paint chip from durabak to check it’s what I wanted. Turned out way more orange tinted than I would have liked but I still like it. Just wish it was browner or more beige like. It went on fairly easy and sets up fast so you have to move quick. Seller immediately responded when I ordered saying it was out of stock. Told me expected 3 week delay. I said that was fine I will wait. 5 weeks later I finally received the product. Shipping was good, clips on can to keep it from opening and lots of packing materials to keep from denting cans. One can had a slight dent but no damage. Had ordered Xylene also, this stuff gets the fireball off anything! So definitely have it on hand for when roller flings paint where you don’t want it. Only stood on it one day after applying to do touchups. Can’t speak for durability yet or how it is. But I love the grip I will have now and I can tell a difference from parts with original green paint versus this on temperature. This isn’t as scolding hot.

Exactly what I needed for my Jeep
I bought a quart of this to try it out along with one of their rollers. After applying the quart of light Grey, looked like sour milk, ordered a gallon of dark Grey. Much better color and a gallon is just right for the inside tub of a Jeep. Tried both rolling and brushing. If you have a lot of flat surface the rollers are probably okay. For a Jeep tub I would stick with a brush. Too many nooks to get into and going back and forth between the 2 different application methods was a mess. It does dry fairly quickly. I started in a back corner and went clockwise around the jeep. Used about 2/3 of the gallon on the first pass. Second coat was much quicker and used far less material. Looks fantastic and seems to stick VERY well. I cleaned everything with Scotch Brite, paper towels, and xylene prior to applying. Very pleased with the results.
