Q: I am looking to install this light above a frame that extends out 18cm. Would this lamp be suitable is the “reach” of the lamp adjustable?

From my experience, the reach is around 40 cm wide. The reach is not adjustable on the width, only the length. This being said, you could probability mask the lamps at the edges with some tape to achieve a narrower spread.

Q: If I buy more than one, can I control all of the frames with 1 remote?

Yes I have 3 in my home bar and use one remote.

Q: Anyone knows if it's possible to change the bulb on these kind of light? Thanks

Q: Would I be able to use command strips to hang it, the picture I want it to go above there is a socket underneath so cant drill holes?

the light is usually fitted with two sliding bits at the back, meaning, you slide it on and off for charging and returning. If you get yourself a USB charger cable that is longer than the one supplied, you could actually leave the light in place for charging as the charging connection is on the right hand side.
