This is a small burner for family use, If you need a large pot, you probably need a big burner.

Q: How do you adjust the flame?

The red knob on the regulator adjusts the flame.

The steel piece covering the neck of the burner head acts like a throttle and smoothens the ignition of the propane

Q: Is it indoor compatible?

Puts out alot of heat? Ya that wont matter when your already dead from suffocating, since it puts out alot more carbon monoxide. DO NOT EVER USE THIS IN DOORS, you will likely die. Like a garage is fine if the doors are open and theres clearance all around and above, so if its raining or something then the garage will be fine but never indoors. The part in the instructions that explains how to control the flame with the damper, that's controlling how much oxygen is getting mixed in with the propain and burned off. So your burning up all the oxygen indoors and replacing it with deadly carbon monoxide!! 😬
