Sturdy, very well made! I wish it fit my tool post. Hah!

Off center knurling wheel axles
As far as a tool holder, it works as expected. The knurling wheels, however, are off center of their axles. This causes the tool to jump and knock the hold down bolt loose on the post, making the knurler unuseable.
