Hi. Re: the 500 mg Colostrum. The only thing I have to go on is what the bottle says and it doesn't state a specific %. It just states that it contains a variety of biologically active proteins including immunoglobulins, Lactoferrin, and others. there may be more info on their website (nowfoods.com) The website may also contain a contact #. Hope that was helpful. I just use it on my dog as per my vet. It has helped. =)

The label on the back clearly states: "Store in a cool, dry place, after opening". I live in a dry weather environment, so I just adhere to the instructions, but if you live in a damp or very humid environment, perhaps you shoud contact the manufacturers for more specific instructions.
