I use this headset in a van that doesn't have a bluetooth phone function. The sound clarity is very good and no-one has any trouble hearing me. The battery life is excellent and it's pretty comfortable to wear.

Does what it is meant to very well. I hear callers very well and they hear me very well. I prefer earpiece but find callers do not hear me with the usual small earpieces I use so this is much better for them to hear me. Only small gripe to maybe change for the next version…. Holding the button for 3 full seconds to switch on is incredibly long. Surely one second, or even 2, were options which were considered by the developers, I can’t see why 2 was rejected. And FIVE seconds to switch off???😂 Surely if 3 is ok to go from off to on, 3 should be enough when going from on to off!!! Very small gripe, but no one does anything for 5 seconds anymore. Still it does do what it should and very well. I do recommend.

I’ve been using this for about 10 months now and it has very poor sound quality, sounds like you are speaking from a tin can! Bluetooth constantly disconnects. I’m always having to apologise in advance for how poor I sound or if I loose connection. I’d rather spend more money for a better quality headset than wasting my time with this terrible product any further. DO NOT BUY!!

Not sure but I am finding the sound volume does not go high enough and in a busy environment I am struggling to hear. Also if the mic is too close to you mouth the other person "says are you outside because I keep hearing wind". This of course is your breathing! I do like headphones though shame about the speaker volume

Arrived in good time, light and comfortable to wear. Earpiece sound quality is great even at 1/2 volume and could be heard clearly by the person I was talking to. I have now had one important call with this headset this morning and sounds great without any distortion of sound quality. Very happy and tried to get another one for a friend but sold out and no longer available so I hope they get more soon as the quality is great and the price unbelievable for a headset that works as this one does.

This is my third attempt to find a Bluetooth headset which works adequately. While on phone calls, the other party said I'd suddenly sound very faint. So I fed this back to the supplier, who kindly sent me a replacement headset. Sadly, this suffers from the same problem. After some testing, I found that I had to have the microphone touching my lips for my voice to be loud enough at the other end. So it's not really practical. I'm sad about this as it's otherwise the best headset I've tried so far. It's light, comfortable and the earpiece sound is good. I'm going to ask for a refund.

This is the second one I have purchased having left my previous one on the train.
