Q: Will the magnet affect the performance of my phone or mess it up?

I don't believe so. I think the phones are shielded to protect against this- in the past strong magnets were very dangerous but not anymore.

Q: Do the magnets still hold if you have a case/cover on the phone?

Hi, yes, the magnets will still hold if you have a case/cover on the phone. We include an adhesive metal piece (which is what grabs the magnets). If your socket is near the bottom of your phone or you have a PopWallet, the metal piece goes outside your case. If your socket is near the middle of your phone, the metal piece can be placed inside your case. For maximum hold, we always recommend the metal piece to be put on the outside of your case.

Q: Is there anyway I can order just the specific magnets? I have multiple phone cases I would like to use with my purchase.

It comes with 2 magnets, so there is a spare for a second phone case.

Q: Does the adhesive hold up in high temperatures?

So far so good, I’m in New England with crazy weather 🤷♀️
