It works great cutting my cardboard boxes down.

So sturdy and easy to use! I am impressed with its size and quality. I order a lot from Amazon and as a result, have many boxes each week to cut. I used to use a utility knife but that is dangerous and time consuming. The cutting power is amazing, and it's safe to use. It's worth the $25.00 I paid for it.

Very hard to go thru cardboard u have to push the blade hard. You really have to hold the cardboard tight it’s a struggle im better off with my carpet knife I do not recommend

Hey, it works, but it's not as fast as just tearing with your hands. But where it does shine is when I'm cutting around tape. I cut around tape when possible because I use my cardboard for composting. I'm a fairly strong guy so I can just tear my boxes, but I do it a lot so it can get tiring. That's where these can be nice. It gives me a break from tearing. If you were not as strong or suffer from arthritis, etc. then these would be crucial. I do with the push button safety was located in a better position because I have smaller hands so it's a little awkward to engage it but once it's engaged you can let it go and just keep cutting so it's doable. Battery life is excellent. It doesn't get too hot from extended use. My other complaint is that it binds up when feeding the cardboard in. It's just a simple weird angle thing. With more use I got better at feeding it correctly but it still happens on occasion. Also, you can force it. It's kind of slow but it does the job as long as you go at the right pace. That's why I said tearing is faster. For the price I think it's worth it to be able to take a break from tearing and for using it for cutting around the tape when I don't feel like trying to tear around it which is difficult. The quality of plastic, metal and build is also good. Feels hardy in the hand and mine came with hard shell case and charging cable "C-usb". I recommend it.

I picked this up to cut several sheets of corrugated plastic into a specific shap. If you don't want to read all of the review, yes it works, it is sharp, easy to use, and feels natural in when gripping. This thing is sharp and works for my need. After cutting 10 sheets into 6 distinct shapes the blade is still sharp. All my cuts are straight but I did have to go against the corrugated plastic and this cuter works. Yes it is easier when going with the lines but going against them is no problem. Con: I am a lefty and with most things they are made for right handed people. I had to look over the cutter when held in my left hand. When held in my right I can see right where the blade is cutting. Yes I recommend this if you need to cut a good amount of cardboard.

I want to say that I really changed my mind about this product, I purchased this product and it did not cut something was wrong with my first one it did not cut well at all, I sent it back and spoke with the Owner he was concerned and sent me another one free of charge saying maybe I may just have gotten one that may have been damaged during shipping, Well I received it and used it on cutting my carpet and it worked wonderfully, I am so impressed that this little product cut carpet like it was nothing, I also cut vinyl flooring and it cut it as well without any problems, I Love these scissors they are powerful and work like a charm, If you ladies out there do it yourself then try these you will not be dissappointed.

It over heats

I have been using this for several months now to cut down boxes for recycling. Once you get the hang of it, it works amazingly well and is much safer than a traditional box cutter. It holds a charge for an incredibly long time. The self-sharpening feature appears to be working since I have not noticed any decline in its performance. Very satisfied with this purchase.
