Best for ACL Rehab
Good for ACL rehab or injured persons. I am not a fan for yellow as a beginner after surgery yellow will be better. After each stage increase the kg bands. Quality is better and long lasting.

Bands tear and snap after less than 2 weeks use
Substandard product. Yellow band snapped and toreafter 12 days moderate use. Bought it again, and this time both yellow and blue band tore after 10 days use. Go for more expensive brand.

Product good but the description isn’t clear enough to communicate the exact details. It’ll be good to have the reference pic showing the size or a pic with the dimension detail to understand the thru size of the product.
