AquaphorHealing Balm Stick, Skin Protectant with Avocado Oil and Shea Butter, 0.65 Oz Stick

Love this item, does everything it's supposed to. This is a stick made of 30% petrolatum, which is an occlusive (it helps the skin seal in moisture). I usually use this as part of a two-part lotion routine where I use first use a urea-based product (humectant and emollient to attract and retain moisture, as well as to soften and smooth the skin), and then use this product to keep everything sealed in. This has done wonders for my skin - it has been more effective than using either product alone. I feel like my skin is plumper and more glowy. I don't use hyaluronic acid products, but the use of two moisturizers make it look like I've just used an HLA product (and its safer too).Lately, I've been using the stick as a lip balm . . . I've seen other reviews that decry the product as being too expensive for the amount that is given, however, using this product as a lip balm actually makes me view this item as being a huge value. I used to purchase a lip balm specifically made for the lips, and paid $18. With daily use, the balm only lasted about a month. While the stick is quite large to use for the lips - I'm able to use it several times daily, and it will last months at a time. If one were looking to cover the entirety of their body with this stick, I can see how someone would consider the amount of this product wanting. When using as a lotion, I only use this as a sealant after using another product for moisturizing, and in doing so, have been able to make it last. When using this as a lip balm, I have to purchase a new one every two and a half months. When using as an all-over lotion, I purchase a new one every three to three-and-a-half months.

So easy to use and doesn't get under your finger nails. Can easily directly apply it to needed areas without getting your hands all grease. This is a great hack for healing scars and also as is a great moisturizer for wrinkles around the eyes ( obviously be careful not to get in eye)I am almost 50 and people always think I'm in my 30s NO crows feet wrinkles do to this stuff and its been helping with laugh lines too. Light weight non greasy. Also been using it to heal a scar from surgery and its going well. A fraction of the cost of other similar products!!!!

One of the best moisturizing lip balms I've ever used. It is not too thick, just right in fact. Very effective in treating my dry lips. I highly suggest you get this product versus the Aquaphor lip repair immediate relief lip gel because the other one has a TERRIBLE taste to it and it's easy to put too much on as well, in turn, wasting product and money. This is very smooth and has no scent or weird taste either. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone with chapped lips.

I have a jar of Aquaphor ointment I use on my heels and elbows. I like it, but it's messy. This great tube solves that problem! It makes application quick, easy, and mess-free. It's effective and not too thick. It moisturizes my skin and protects it. I like that it's not sticky. I recommend this!

Daughter is obsessed with these. Has to have one each year for Christmas. She uses it as a giant chapstick. Loves how soft and moisturized it keeps her lips for long periods of time.

I love Aquaphor and this version is a pretty handy. The tube version can be pretty messy but this handy little stick saves all the mess. Just remove the top, a couple of turns later there’s solid Aquaphor to use wherever you need it. Right now I have a burn on my arm and I’ve been using this Aquaphor version to keep it lubricated so it will heal quickly. I also have a scratch on my face and have been using it there too. The tube version is great for certain things but this roll on version is dryer, not nearly as messy. I like it and will continue to buy this version to have it around.

100% one of my must have mom items. I use this for my baby/toddler’s cheeks in the winter time and it does wonders for those little chapped faces

Used to use the tub of Aquaphor for my kids when their faces got sunburnt or wind burnt at the lake. It was like a miracle, I would slather it on at night and they would wake up with perfectly healed skin. As I have gotten older the moisture in my face has nosedived and it's always flakey and dry. Found this product and I can say it does the same for me as it did for my kids. I take off my makeup and swipe this over my face when I get home and my face has completely changed. It looks supple and hydrated every morning. TRY IT!
