This is my second pillow it’s firm without being bulky or too soft. Would buy again.

AMAZON Warehouse.Pros: Comfortable, Perfect for side & back sleepers, Affordable.Cons: Not good support for sitting up in bed.I purchased this pillow from Amazon on December 26, 2017. After trying Contour, Down, Feather, Latex, and Polyester pillows I found this pillow after a family member gave me one that they no longer needed. After using the one they gave me for a month I decided I needed to replace my second polyester pillow with this one. This pillow is the Best I have used compared to my previous ones. I like the fact it comes with it's own pillow case even though I still put my duvet set pillow case on. I do this so I can wash it with my sheets without washing the one that came with the pillow. The case it comes with is super soft and machine washable. I tend to sleep on both my back and side thoughout the night. This pillow is never too hot or cold. When I put my head on it at night it feels like a cloud ever so slightly supporting my head. My only con is the pillow does not support my back when sitting up in bed but that is not what I bought it for. Buy this if your tried of replacing your pillows because they go flat.

its been little over a month- Pillow is very comfortable.Feels like its well made. Smelled like anew pillow at first, if you're sensitive this may bother but It definitely didn't bother me as it went away soon enough.This pillow is interesting because as a back sleeper I lay down on it and it's the most comfortable thing, it allows my head, and neck to rest perfectly into the night. I wake up and no neck aches feeling great.Other times it seems to be too high and it makes my head bend and push my chin down, these are the nights when I become a side sleeper, or sometimes toss it aside if it gets too bad. Sometimes I want to slim it down a bit maybe shave some off so it would be a bit thinner, I am on the lighter side so maybe for someone with a heavier head, this pillow is even more comfortable. Another thought this might be due to my mattress allowing me to sink just enough so I can't really blame the pillow too much.Overall better than most pillows I've tried. I definitely recommend it.

I bought two of these as well as two other Sleep Innovations types, all from Amazon and two of each of those also. I immediately noticed that all of them no longer had Sleep Innovations tags on them, rather Innocor tags. At first I didn't question this and proceeded to attempt to use all six but hated all of them, especially these. I then had Amazon initiate an email to the company. When I finally got a response with really no real answers as to why these Sleep Innovations pillows had failed to meet my expectations, I immediately noticed that the return email had come from "Innocor" (not Sleep Innovations), so I immediately asked the company why. After my having asked three different times in three separate emails, they finally told me they were now the new owner of Sleep Innovations which is precisely why so many reviewers complain that the pillow is so very different from their previous purchases of the past. Regardless, at least I finally had partial answers to my questions and concerns, so I returned these two but chose to keep the other four in hopes that they might eventually work out, which they never did no matter how many times I tried. These particular two were horribly thin yet heavy and just laid there like flat logs... just slabs of dense foam!!! This explains why so many other reviewers that had bought this same pilow in the past all found it to be nothing like it had originally been. I'm glad I snapped soon enough and returned these two at least and wish I had done the same with the other four. What a waste of money, but worse, a total waste of time ordering them, trying my best to make them work out, then finally repackaging them for return. I then immediately bought other brands and I've liked all of them. I certainly do not recommend this brand at all.
