I'm sure these screws and nuts work well, but I was looking for the 4-40 size screws and nuts to mount Soundcraft panel connectors. These are smaller then the ones I wanted so I'm in the process of returning. My note to the seller is to list the size of these screws. I was looking for the same size screw/nuts that came with the Soundcraft panel connectors. You can get a kit through Sweetwater that is the right size that also includes lock washers. The kit from Sweetwater comes with black screws and I was wanting stainless steel. I was able to find the correct screws/nuts/lock washers I was looking for on amazon. These are the next size smaller of what I was looking for. Received item quickly from seller and packaged appropriately. No complaints!!

For a D connector patch panel or stage box they are great. It is possible to over tighten them (broke one) but I'll take the blame for that one. They are tiny but are suppose to be. Long enough to get thru the sheet metal with plenty of thread to work with on the back side. I used these connectors as part of the case build for my DDJ-1000. These, along with an HDMI splitter allowed me to mount the splitter in the case, but plug the external cables into the case rather than having to lift the DJ controller. It was given four stars due to the price. At the time of my purchase, these were $18 each. Ridiculous expensive.

This is installed in a floor box to allow for VGA passthrough. Installation was easy, though the way VGA panel connectors are they require screws to go through the mounting surface. The holes that were in my box were tapped so I needed to drill them out to allow for the screws to work. This is used for a VGA resolution projector and the video is very clear using a HDMI to VGA adapter and cable running about 35 feet in total.

i've just finished a dmx controller and used eight of these. they look good and have a sturdy feel to them. i like the fact that the inner part of the connector is surrounded in metal and not just a plastic rim. i didn't have any issues in solder to them.

I installed two of these into a rack panel and I was very pleased. I will buy again.1.The connectors were very snug instilling confidence that the cables won't "accidently" fall out.2. The overall product felt VERY sturdy. I was expecting something more flimsy. If you break this... it may not have be a product issue. Very sturdy.

Works awesome for D series installs. Kinda tricky cause they’re small but they work refectory in place of rivets

Bought 10 of the rca connectors. Beware the picture shows silver plating however all of them came in black. Also they did not come with screws and randomly 1 of the 10 had red banding. Horrible q.c. overall. Skip and spend an extra dollar on quality parts.
