Quality product
I purchased this product to creat this heirloom wagon for my granddaughter. It came out really well and she enjoys it immensely. It is modeled after the old Radio Flyer Town and Country wagon.

Worked perfectly
After reading reviews I decided to give it a shot. Received it Fri afternoon. After reading reviews I was already aware of the the plastic wheel nuts - not a big deal. I used this kit to rebuild and existing wagon I had the running gear was completely trashed. With the exception of the tongue brace everything matched up perfectly. I had to redrill some holes to make them larger but not a big deal. One piece of strap for the tongue brace and done. Previous reviews complained of no hardware to mount the deck. WTH? You're buying a kit to BUILD something. All in all very satisfied. Had it together in 2 hrs.

Sturdy product! Well constructed and easy to mount.
Purchased this product and it arrived damaged. It wasn't the fault of the manufacturer but I needed a wheel replaced. I called them and they said it wasn't a problem. They just needed a picture of the defective wheel and they would replace it. It was just that easy. No arguing, no frustration. I called the company and the phone was answered by live person..... Imagine that! Thank you Tim!

Poor packaging
Totally happy with the product but the parts had no packing material in the box. I have ordered this item twice both times scratched up parts due to no packing material. I had to paint some of the parts.

Absolutely zero instructions
Axles can ONLY take a 3inch hub, which if you were hoping to upgrade the wheels, good luck finding a replacement that matches the hub. My goal was to use this as a beach cart base, but the axles are so short I can't find a beach wheel that will fit without a decent amount of modification.Update: IT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS. I ended up calling the company and they were very helpful in getting me what I needed to install the carriage

The drill guide diagram is not correct on the rear wheel supports.
This carriage is absolutely worth the money. Its well built but two thing aren't great. First, they come with plastic cap nuts for the wheels but I get this keeps cost down since they're about $8 each. Second, and probably the most frustrating the diagram for drilling the hokes fir the rear supports are off by 1/4". If you place an mark this wouldn't be an issue but if you measure to mark, print a templet or use CAD then the rear supports will not line up. That aside I'd highly recommend this producy.

Box of parts...no plans
I purchased and built a garden wagon kit similar to this from a local Woodcraft store. The kit was great, complete and had detailed plans describing assembly and how to make the basket for the wagon. Two of my neighbors loved my wagon and asked me to build them ones like mine. Unfortunately, Woodcraft discontinued their wagon kits. I was thrilled to find this kit on Amazon...the kit looked to be an identical to the Woodcraft version. Unfortunately, it is not. When you buy this kit, you will receive a box of parts with no plans or instructions. If you like assembling Ikea crap, you will love trying to build work-arounds for this assemblage of parts. Just don't pout about the lack of a cheesy alen wrench. The Woodcraft kit had a metal frame upon which the bottom of the wagon was attached. This metal frame also contained 4 square sockets which held posts that supported the wooden wagon basket. This kit did not include the 4 metal posts, either. There is no way to easily secure the basket to the box of parts. The box of parts included cheap plastic nuts to hold the wheels on the axels. PLASTIC NUTS? Would it kill you to throw in 4 metal lock nuts for an extra 25 cents? The kit has been so cost-reduced that it is a major pain to assemble, requires a trip (and donation) to Home Depot to acquire the parts that are required to make this box of parts a complete kit. The sad thing is that returning the kit is probably half the cost of the kit itself. While the end product is a fun and excellent project, this "kit" is not worth your effort.... It is good for is raising your blood pressure and making you feel that you've made a foolish purchase that requires an over investment of your time. I'm an accomplished woodwork with the tools and skills to figure out a solution. But I'd rather be making furniture than building a work-around to a problem that should not exist. If you do buy this box of parts...you will probably find the plans from Woodcraft invaluable: [...]These plans give you dimensions for the wagon base and basket. They also will give you a good idea of what a real wagon kit looks like.I hope this helps you make a better buying decision than I did.I'm not happy.

Great kayak cart wheels!!
Husband is making a kayak cart for our 2 Hobie outback kayaks. If you know about these type of kayaks they are12’ 1” long & weigh about 65 lbs. each. He has made a cart that will hold both(one on top of the other) & works great. He is now adjusting the distance so we can pull them up into our toy haul & pull down to the water. These wheels has made this so easy. As soon as he is finished, I will post a picture. Great product,,
