I’m 45, going on 46 years old. I’ve taken many vitamins in my life, but these seem to be the most complete and give me the most sustainable energy and stamina. I know they’re very expensive, but your body is worth it. I have lots of energy throughout the day, but not too much energy where I won’t go to sleep at night. Better taking these vitamins because they are food and organic and they taste good like candy. And yes your wife will love that you take these. I’m not kidding. They also help in that area.

I have a sensitive stomach and have never really tolerated supplements. I have taken these for a month now and not only have them been easy on my stomach and I feel like I have more energy and overall better. Another thing I’ve noticed as well is I use the bathroom it doesn’t smell like most of the ingredients are getting flushed away.

I'm not sure how well these vitamins have worked for me, but it tastes good and easy to chew.

These are hands down better than the tablets! I took those for months before now switching to the gummy's and boy i'm sure glad I did. The flavor is good nothing bad that I can point out other than the lack of sweetness which is a good thing.But I am sure these work better for me and digest better than the tablets, When I was taking the tablets often they would cause stomach and digestive pain. I also ruled out if this could of been cause by something else.These so far have not presented any downsides, Even the price in my opinion is better per quantity ratio.I have found myself taking these as a snack 1 by 1 no more than 4 a day, Which is great since you are spacing out the supplementation throughout the day instead of all at once. Effect from the product that are noted are, Increased energy, Increased mental clarity, Increased stamina, anything else would be to subtle to notice but i'm sure it is helping my body with much more.If you are on the fence with these or the tablets defiantly try these first!

taste great not super fake flavor like some of the other gummie vitamins I have tried.

My husband and I ordered the women’s and men’s versions of these multivitamins. We love Garden of Life and have always had great experience with vitamin quality. However, these gummies tasted so bad we both had to chase the vitamins with a strong tasting liquid like chocolate milk.Although significantly pricier, we’ll go back to the pill/capsule versions.
