First time trying this, and notice I have an easier time getting through the day the following day that I drank it. Since it has L-Tryptophan I drink it at night because it makes me tired. Great product, dissolves and mixes easily, flavor is a bit much for the amount of water it says to mix it in.

I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using.This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements.I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle).I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it.I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

This product is great quality and flavor. For me I used one scoop in almost 24oz of water and it was still too sweet. I will be using a half scoop. Otherwise, I’m happy with the price and quality and amount of aminos in this product,

Just received my order the other day ,trying this product EEA POG flavor for first time . I've been using protein and amino acid product for over 2 decades. 1st taste is great n price is good also.the instructions call for 8 to 16 oz of water .I used 16 oz n 4 cubes of ice and the flavor was strong . But still tasted good so I added 2 more oz of water n 4 more cubes of ice .still taste good not watery with a very slight after taste. Look forward to buy again if they don't hike up the price!!.

I didn't take this long enough to comment on how effective the produce is. By all account I assume it works great. The taste on the other hand is another story. It tastes like a combination of bleach and evil. Absolutely terrible. Its not like you can hide it either. Its strong in our face, I'd rather d!ed than finish this taste.I did finish the tub. I would mix it up in very cold water and drink it like a shot. It took about 3 shots. My kids enjoyed watching me.

this Product Really works!! within a week I saw the results in my body maintaining weight without continuously going to the gym to bulk up. I no longer feel fatigued, and no feel of Burnouts. this Great for the price , underrated, All natural no sweetener. Easy to consume, I take it every morning I highly recommend to all the gym rats who looking to maintain their strength, weight when youre not working out as much.

the product is good and effective, the taste not so great but overall good product

My first time taking it, I could feel it working. EAA’s do seem to sustain my body better, and keep me from feeling as fatigued. Good value for the price. Just whatever you do DON’T BUY IT UNFLAVORED! It tastes like waxy cardboard.
