i like the product
i like the product, but this is the 3rd remote i have had to purchase, so it's durability is questionable. I have three dogs, so the fact that i can control all three with one system is great, but the being that I'm having to replace the controller every year, it's frustrating.

IT WORKS!
I have had 2 of these for nearly 2 years; sun, rain, in water, all year round. I use it on a daily basis with my dog. The short is, "IT WORKS"! WARNING, IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU IF YOU USE IT AS PUNISHMENT. If i had 3 things to change: 1. Allow for a continuous ON mode; currently turns off after 30min 2. Different selector switch; currently tough to switch quickly and positively 3. Add a voice or multiple tones for remote commands

A bit pricey for such cheap material. I would never recommend

This product is excellent value and quality! I have had it for a year and it works well in all conditions including the Canadian winter. It is effective on my bouvier and lab/collie mix. I lost the original remote and am replacing the remote. It’s great that replacement parts are available! But perhaps the most impressive thing about the ipets collars and remote is the customer service who were exceptional in helping me through an issue!!!! I highly recommend this product!!!!
