Death Star pancakes
Cute, but not really waffles. Comes out as pancakes with a pattern or burned to a crisp. Still love it.

Cooks one side well the other not so much!
Love!!!! It was a great little Death Star waffle maker to celebrate Star Wars May 4th with! However- the making of the waffle is a bit of a pain- cause have to physically flip the waffle maker over upside to cook the top of the waffle.

Star Wars Day Breakfast
Bought this Darth Vader waffle maker to use in addition to my current death Star waffle maker when making themed breakfast for Star Wars Day!! (In case you're wondering, it's death Star waffles, blue milk, and Taunton tacos.) While these tacos come out with a crispy outer crust and a very soft fluffy inside, the machine does take a very long time to make a batch of waffles. So if you are going to buy one of these themed waffle makers, buy more than one like I did. This way you can make twice the waffles in half the time.
