Great knife! Lock up is nice and tight, no sharp burrs or edges on this one for me. The updated stag style grips look great as well they did a good job replicating the color. Super sharp blade as well! Great grip even for my giant hands. Overall a great knife and will be used a lot on the farm. Quick note: my only issue was with the sheath. As others have stated the sheath is just a tad too wide so the knife rattles in the sheath while on your belt BUT I fixed that within five minutes. Fix- I cut a small piece of rubber, inserted inside the sheath to take up the extra space, i used gorilla glue super glue (very lightly) to hold it in place - knife is now snug as a bug! See photos for rubber placement if anyone reading this wants an easy fix. Great knife for the price!

I bought this knife for my Dad, who is a longtime fan of these thumb lock hunting style knives. Being a fan myself, I actually wish I bought me one too. This one looks very similar to a Buck 110. The brass is great and the steel holds a great edge. If you’re reading this and are new to these types of knives, just know that for a knife, these are hard to beat. I grew up on these types, and the heavy brass frame, steel thumb lock, and thick steel blade will last many years. The build quality is great especially for the price. I like the simulated antler handle, the colors are natural and very close to the real thing. For a work knife, or an edc knife, you can’t beat the price for what you’re getting. These knives are made for the outdoors, so don’t be afraid to get it dirty. The sheath that came with it is excellent thick leather just how I remember.

It's an OK knife. Nothing great. It doesn't keep an edge, so plan on resharpening the blade often. If you want a durable knife for EDC that keeps a better edge, has a lifetime warranty and that's better quality, get a Buck 110 or 112. You won't be disappointed, and it will last you a lifetime.

THIS IS SPECTACULAR. I'VE OWNED MANY LB7 'S OVER THE LAST 60 YEARS. Managed to lose every single one of them one way or another. This is really nice. Debating whether to Mink the sheath or not.I Mink all my others. Maybe just a light coat on the front outside I usually completely cover and it makes it softer. But I like the stiff cowhide.. Yes absolutely like this one. 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not really good steel, feels a bit cheap but otherwise it's a fantastic deal for the price. I switched to a buck though.
