Great flour, hard to find in store.
I like to use this flour when I make pizza. It makes the crust so nice and crisp. High quality product, it’s the only flour I search for when making pizza!

The flour to use for thin crust pizza.
This is hands down the best flour for New Haven style thin crust pizza. It's a little pricey so I tried cheaper high gluten flours but they couldn't match the stretch and workability on the countertop nor the taste and crispy crust of the finished product. It makes great pizza in combination with my Bakerstone outdoor pizza oven. I only wish it was available in larger quantity 10 lb. bags.

High gluten flour
This KA high gluten flour is nice, not quite as strong as the flour I prefer, but it works and I got a nice sandwich loaf out of it. I love the double pack, it made filling my bucket so easy. It does need to autolyse a bit more though. King Arthur is a nice, reputable brand and as of this writing the double pack is ebt eligible, which is perfect if you're a snap recipient looking for good quality flour.

BEST BAGELS EVER
I used this product exclusively for bagels and it never fails me. Fluffy, chewy, AMAZING bagels every time! I use a pretty standard recipe:850g High Gluten Flour475g water36g granulated sugar30g olive oil12g instant yeast21g honey18g saltThat’s it! Follow any standard bagel method, be sure to sprinkle a bit of baking soda in your water when boiling, and enjoy! This beats anything you’ll buy at the bakery unless you’re in New York, then you might get lucky and find an equal bagel :D

Good with 00 flour for pizza dough
I used this with 00 flour to make my homemade pizza dough and they turn out great! The key to a perfect crust is for the dough to be pliable enough to not have to use a rolling pin, but firm enough to not stick to your parchment paper before transferring to your pizza peel. I still use a generous amount of semolina flour under the dough after it is stretched out and continue to shake the parchment after each addition to make sure it isn't sticking. Oil the dough, shake. Add sauce, shake. Add cheese, shake. (adding semolina underneath when necessary) You want to keep the semolina at a minimum once placing it in your pizza oven because it will burn.
