Was happy to finally find the board for the Breville Mini. Functional and easy to store on top of the oven.Easy to clean. I use soap and water and wipe dry immediately. I do plan to use a mineral oil protector to keep it looking good. Keeps cabinet above cooler with less heat transfer. Used on a daily basis.

I couldn’t find an official Breville bamboo top for the mini oven, it seems they only sell one for the compact/medium size. This one fit my mini oven just right although it is a lot thicker than the official Breville brand so looks a tiny bit silly. Nevertheless it’s extremely useful to be able to put things on top of the oven and not worry about them getting hot. High-quality silicone feet.

This works so well on top of my Brevelle toaster oven. The food is so hot when out of the oven, I place the hot tray on top, I also use it as a warming tray. So functional, no maintenance.

This fits perfectly atop my Breville mini toaster oven. It has little silicone feet that raise it up and keep it from overheating, so you can set things on top...or just have peace of mind that you won't accidentally burn yourself or melt something. I has scorched a tiny bit on the side that is closest to the oven door, so move it back a bit so the heat from the door won't impact it. I don't use it as a cutting board, but it looks like it would work perfectly for that too.

I bought this for the heat protection from the oven getting super hot and getting my cabinets too hot.. Also, I don't want my cats walking across it while it's hot either. It's also nicer to look at than the metal top of the oven. It does it's job very well and it is a great value.
