These are great ice-pack/compression sleeves. The size chart depends solely on height and weight rather than measuring the limb this is to be used for so choosing correctly is a bit of a gamble. I wanted this for my upper leg and went up one size so I would be able to wear it over my leggings (& hopefully, jeans) and that worked out perfectly. There are actually two sleeves in the package when I thought there was only one, so that was a nice surprise. The sleeves are surprisingly thick and heavy but they are very stretchable, flexible and easy to slip on, even after being frozen. I think I would have been able to fit in my regular size, too (L). The level of compression is moderate. There is only one seam and there is a 1/2" allowance on each side which is just the double fold of fabric without the gel pad insert. I position this toward the back of my leg and it feels very comfortable. There is another allowance around the lower edge of the sleeve. The sleeves stays in place pretty well, so I can walk around and do chores and such. It isn't really snug enough to say in place during exercise, though -- maybe it would be if I had chosen the smaller size. The sleeves are well made and easy to use. They stay very cold for the first 18 minutes, and are moderately cold up until the 22 minute mark. After that I would say they are just cool for another 5 minutes. I keep them in the freezer in a heavy zip-lock style bag so they are ready to use. The current price of only $15.99 is great considering the design and quality + how easy these are to use. The only think I'm not exactly crazy about is the rather tacky looking logo, which fortunately is not too large. I am definitely interested in getting a smaller set for my forearm/wrist.

I got these because we have runners in our house and the coach likes them to ice their knees after a run, so I decided to try these.Positives:When I pulled these out of the box I was surprised, they are a little thicker than expected but they are really flexible. I tried them on my elbow out of the box and after a few minutes I could feel it was cool, so I don't see why you can't use these without being in a freezer. The large size fit well and stayed on fine on both my knee and elbow. I'm not sure how they would stay if you ran in them or did exercise though, I didn't try that. Initially I was worried that the Hi Fine Cafe design would look gaudy on the sleeve but when I received them, the logo was a lot smaller than in the picture thankfully.Negatives:I honestly don't see any negatives with these sleeves.Overall:These sleeves do exactly what they say they do. I am happy with them and they will ice knees and elbows after runs, exercise, or if you have an injury. I would recommend these.

The product itself is great. They are quite heavy, which is a good thing because that means it has a lot of cooling gel in them. They are also super comfortable. But please be careful what size you order because I am a big guy; 6‘2“ tall and 220, so I figured that the extra large would probably be the best size for me. That size was way too loose for my arms. “Luckily” I also have knee problems, so they ended up being knee sleeves for me, which is fine; they work perfect for that as well. So I definitely recommend this product, but if you’re not sure which size to get, go for a smaller one, because they are very “stretchy” anyway; it’s better if these are a little snug rather than too loose…

My wife has both elbow & knee problems. She has an entire drawer in our freeze full of various sizes of gel pack wraps and hopes to replace many of them with the compression sleeves. The sleeves are well made, surprisingly thick however they are very flexible and easy to slip on, even after being frozen. They also have the added benefit of using for warmth by heating in a microwave. The sleeves she ordered are L Size and are slightly large for her elbows however also fit her knees. I think she may order a Med Size to give slightly more compression for her elbows. They stay very cold for 18 to 20 minutes then start warming to the point of just being cool at 30 minutes which is typical of this type of Gel Pack.She is very satisfied with the sleeves and they will get much use.

This review is for the HI FINE CARE Compression Ice Pack Sleeve (360 coverage). There are two in the box. The material is soft, and the sleeve is easy to slip on. There is a full 360 degree of cooling. The directions say to keep in the freezer for two hours before use. It stays cool for about 15 minutes. This makes it nice that two sleeves are included. This way you can have 30 minutes of cooling. The sleeve also stays in place while walking. Also, the sizing listed is accurate.

They do exactly what they are made for. I'm really happy with these! Just what I needed. No complaints! Have no complaints--were good quality. Color as described.
