I thought this was an extremely informative, enjoyable, and very interesting book to read. I loved reading it, and I really think you would too.

Arrived on time in god condition some ink scribbles on inside but nothing that hinders the reading experience. This is a very informative book on the history and influence of Absinthe great photos and illustrations.

Excellently written and beautifully illustrated! Printed on high quality paper. The information on absinthe is fascinating. The book is rich with explanations of the culture, artists, and social temperment during the heyday of absinthe consumption. Altogether, a superb book.

Great history of the beverage. From politics to literature the finer points of this substances life are covered. I loved the anecdotes and photos. His other books are also written in the same vein and are well worth the read.

The definitive tome on the Green Fairy. You'll want to have some Absinthe nearby while you read. Then watch Johnny Depp in From Hell as he shows you how to enjoy Absinthe in the traditional manner. (Minus the laudanum of course!)
