The item is superb for yoga and floor exercises at home or gym. Very firm yet soft on the knees elbows and back. Comes with two retainers with carrying handle and elastic bands. Would have given seven stars if option was there. This is another gem of an item that came from Amazon Warehouse with great value for money. The item was fully packed without any signs of damage. Thanks to amazon warehouse for such fantastic deals.

This is the best quality and cheapest price and also thickest compared to all the brands available, even the high end brands. Very easy to clean and doesn't slip stays on place on all surfaces even marble and ceramic tiles.

Much more comfortable than thinner mats. This really cushions the back. It's also better nonslip and sticks to the floor.

I simply cannot use a regular yoga or pilates mat any more...too hard on my knees and back. This is exactly what I've been looking for!

The mat is beautiful and really thick and firm.Jjust be careful while removing the cover on the mat as the tape used by the Company to place the paper cover is stuck on the mat and it rips the mat upon removal. This damages the look of the mat.

It's thick, it's spongey, might get a bit slippery from sweat, but it's exactly what I was looking for; I use it for post run stretches and it's really satisfying having that much sponge to take the edge off the hard floor. It does seem like it'll get easily damaged, but if you're using it in a studio, it'll be great, although people might think you're bringing a camping mattress with you.

I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.
