Holy freaking bellyache. I mean, I have a high tolerance for pain. This tiny little pill (took at bedtime) had me doubled over in pain so bad the next morning I couldn’t move. I think they were effective, I had to stop taking though. I couldn’t believe natural ingredients could do that lol

magnesium for my system works as well and less the chemicals so many ways to correct the problem this can be a "quick fix" for most systems not a long term solution as well known , diet , exercise ect. you know the routine again this is my experience

I like that this is also a mild stool softener, because... yeah , you never know when you try something new. But no problems with this at all, and it seems to have a staying power if used regularly .... which is kinda the point, huh? Highly recommend.
