Works like a popper should. Great action, good hooks, and the prism is nice. The color is not as pictured and has very little rainbow iridescence.Unfortunately this looks great to the angler from the top and side, but fish hit a popper from underneath, and that's the only side Yo Zuri didn't consider and doesn't look good. The sides and top have internal paint, prisms and holograms that are really nice- but they might as well just forgo the fancy finishes, fish don't care if they can't see it.

Smallmouth love it!
I was skeptical of a “clear” topwater bait in ultra-clear Lake Mohave. No longer! On bright sunny days this “clear” lure is bringing lunkers from down deep. The rear dressed hook gives off a blueish-green color in the water that smallmouth seem to love. The hooks are sharp but have shown signs of bending after a few battles. I continue to be impressed with Yo-Zuri baits!
