Q: Can use this to clean turbo ..

Hi, it's a powerful cleaner, so might work, but you're better off using a turbo cleaner.

Q: does this product actually remove ash from the DPF?

A mechanic did my van but from what he told me you pour the whole tube in then leave it for 20-30 minutes, then start the vehicle then let it run on idle, this is when you get a grey to black foam out the rear of the exhaust. It works very well

Q: Can this be used with dpf in situ or does it need to be removed and washed through ?

Yes you can. Ideally you want spray it in so it foams up to agitate the soot/Ash. Make sure the engine itself is warm or up to operational temperature for better results. Once sprayed in leave it for 15 to 20mins or so to soak in. Ideally you want to see the dpf pressure readings when starting the engine and keep the revs around the 3k mark.. The pressure readings will drop gradually as the dpf heats up. You want to do this with the car stationary. Please check your engine oil level is fine before starting the car. You can use 2.5 litres to start with and if the dpf pressure has not dropped to satisfactory levels you can use the remaining 2.5ltrs and repeat the procedure.

Hi There, with this product it’s not to be used inside your diesel tank. You will need to take the DPF off the car, and soak it in this product for a few hours.
