Good flavors. It’s sweet so I mix with 10oz or more of water. This is the first hydration packet I purchased as I have a hard time finding one without Stevia, which I am allergic to. I do find it very salty sort of like Gatorade, but I guess it’s expected with a hydration drink. Just wish it had a bit less sodium as I am on BP meds and watch my sodium intake.
