Legs not too short/flip them
The media could not be loaded. We bought 2 cots. When assembling we too initially thought the legs were too short. Called support. We were instructed to flip the legs on the bar. It actually says “THIS SIDE UP” on the arm bar but it is hard to see. I added a pics and video of how they should look both correct and incorrect, I hope it helps.Assembly can require some elbow grease.Husband is 6’2” and has plenty of room on the cot.

The best....slept the best ever during week of camping....after over 40 yrs of camping I have never been more comfortable!

Don't Order From Amazon
I ordered one of these and after assembling, the legs it came with were cot one and not cot max legs - the cot platform just sags to the ground once assembled. I requested a replacement, and the replacement had the same problem. Amazon must have a defective batch or I'm the unluckiest camper that exists.

Works great!
I've only used it once so I may change my opinion but for the one time that I have used it, it worked as expected. If I had a complaint, it would be that the cot has to be assembled inside my tent due to the fact that it just won't fit once it is (I am currently using an REI half dome 2+ (2022 model)). Also, I am 6'4" and 240 lbs. The cot was plenty big and stable when flipping from side to side or moving around throughout the night. On relatively soft ground the feet did seem to stretch the floor fabric of the tent and over time may be a problem but too early to tell.

Received used item
Love the cot.BUT what a disappointment to received used product with dog hair attached to the Velcro underneath!What's next? Bed bugs? Fleas?Gross and considering returning it, because I got sold an used couple $$$ helionix cot.

Highly recommended and high quality.
Well designed cot that is extremely easy to assemble. (First try takes a bit longer.). Light weight, sturdy, and comfortable. I would recommend the extended legs to go along with it.

Best cot I have ever used
Best cot I have ever used. Very light, strong and easy to set up and take down. Very comfortable, too! I love the Helinox product line, own several items and all are absolutely top quality.
