A good supplement with interesting research
With this supplement you get a 30 day supply for £1.17/day by taking one capsule each day.It contains nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide at 500mg per capsule.I have been taking nad+ precursors for a number of years now but have never taken this.According to research, oral nad+ is brien down into nmn, and nmn is broken down into nr. Typically, dosages of NR start from 300mg and NMN start from 500mg, as that breakdown leaves some byproducts a d thus you need a larger dosage. As NAD+ is broken down into NMN, I would expect that you should take a larger dosage of NAD+, so I'm not sure that this 500mg disagree is quite enough. It is an effective supplement which is being studied for healthspan and longevity, and theres plenty of initial evidence that is very interesting. My main issue with this is that it seems a bit unnecessary, and you're most likely better off to take NR or NMN, considering the breakdown cycle of each. But, this seems like a good supplement, with an OK dosage, however for the cost and dosage I would much rather take NR which will more effectively raise NAD+ levels.
