I love this in my soups or asian dishes.I got this to try it out because I heard this was the original Weipa (ウェイパァーor 味覇) manufacturer who went their separate ways from the company. They both are good and rich.

I’ve been using this seasoning for two years, from soup and stir fry to fried rice, but they’re so hard to come by due to strict import laws. Luckily, not only did I find the seasoning on Amazon, but at a much larger size for a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend it for anyone that’s doing any kind of Asian cooking; it’s the flavor enhancer!
