I like these much more than the silicone ones.
I'll start off by saying that these do not fit my earbuds. I knew it was a gamble when I ordered them but figured I'd give it a try. My earbuds are much bigger then the green sleeves that are inserted into these. Tried to pry it on over but that didn't work. I used a pencil and forced out the green sleeves. They then fit perfectly onto my earbuds with the exception of falling off easily during removal from my ear. I then used a little superglue on each one and haven't had any problems since. I use them sitting around, working out, running or whatever and am still on the first set after 7 months. They are still comfortable. I compress them then insert into my ear and let expand. They also help block out a lot of the ambient noise. When they stop expanding after compression or being comfortable I'll tear them off, scrape off the glue, and glue on another pair. Still have 4 to go.

More comfortable than the latex plugs
The foam plugs form better to the ears, giving a tighter seal and therefore giving a cleaner, more complete sound, which is needed when using IEM's on stage.

I guess I have big ears 'cause these fit me the best out of all the sizes
Most effective tips I have tried out of many over many years. The Orange go very deep and block sound very well. I guess I have big ears 'cause these fit me the best out of all the sizes. Start off stiff when new and block the most sound then, as good as customs (which I also have). Get mushier the longer you use them and start becoming less effective. For me this starts happening after about 20x 1 hour+ listening sessions or so, about 1.5 months for me. I also produce a lot of wax though and use them mostly when working out (sweat factor). Maybe low wax producing ears and dry conditions (not sweating) would equal less frequent replacement requirement. I give 5 stars for initial performance (best) and then dock 1 star for durability. If Westone can figure out how to make these last longer I'd give 5 stars. Maybe I'm being too tough expecting that, I don't know, I've never tried to make my own foamies. Must be very hard to dial in the perfect combination of materials. The plastic/rubber tips are maybe better for exercising, more resistant to sweat, but they can't block sound like these foamies, and are not as comfortable. I'll keep buying and spend the ~$20-$40 total/year to replace as they deteriorate. This seems like a fair price for the conditions I put these under and their performance.

These are the best earbud tips you can find - and it isn't even close. Last forever, and are extremely comfortable.
These are, hands down, the best ear tips on the market. I spent twice as much on the comply tips, but they start to disintegrate after only a couple of weeks. In addition, they aren't nearly as comfortable. These tips are not only very comfortable, they last for months - and that is under daily, 8-10 hour use.The problem is they only fit a small number of earbuds. The way around this is to remove the inner plastic piece so that you can stretch the tips around larger earbuds. Even with this hacky solution, they are still by far the best I have ever used. You can ignore those leaving 1 star reviews - they are complaining that they don't fit their headphones. These are the best tips you can find anywhere, and the gap isn't even close between these and the next best. And they are half the price!?

Plastic inserts on the foam tips broke
I have the Westone Audio Pro X20. I love them. They work great.I recently replaced the foam tips for the first time. The original foam tips worked perfectly.Out of the 10 pack that I got, every piece I’ve put on the monitors so far has split. The orange plastic piece has split or cracked in 1 or 2 places, preventing them from staying on the monitors. Curious if this is a known issue. I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong, as I had no problem with putting on the first pair of foam tips on with no problem.

bad manufacturing and not durable
these foam tips fit good, but the inner (colored) sleeve is not properly adhered to the foam tip. About half of my order were faulty. So, during gigs when you pop out the in ears, you find that the foam is left in your ear.... or worse yet, falls on the stage never to be found. then you run to your cases to find a replacement tip. Very frustrating, especially as they are name brand and a little pricy. Westone.... if you read this, you might consider sending me a few.
