I’ve been wanting to try this product for a while and I’m so glad I finally got it. The directions are straight forward and it’s very easy to use. I love that it’s wireless and it has reusable gels pads! You can change level of intensity as well as frequency which has help with the different levels of pain I deal with on a given day. With someone who has chronic back pain, this is a game changer.

I bought it for my daughter, she said it doesn’t really help her back. It works with the muscles, but not the nerves.

Like probably most of the individuals that purchase this product I have back issues. The unit does work well as a TENS unit. No doubt about that. But I dislike the way it works. Unless I am missing something, I have to turn on the unit before I can use the remote. Very hard to reach the unit at times when I am out in public. I wanted to wear it today on my mid-back but very difficult to reach the unit to turn on BEFORE I can use the remote. If the remote activated the unit I would have given it five stars.

I really really like this unit. The price was right, it functions better than I expected and helped my back. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it the full five stars is that I’m struggling to find replacement pads. The charge lasts way longer than I thought it would (I’ve worn it most of today, and had it working overtime) and it’s easy to use.

I bought the pen and the lower back pain item as my mother had recommended the pen and I had used it successfully. I assumed that the back pain item would also be successful. The 2 items arrived as predicted by the seller, in good condition. Unfortunately, ( or fortunately ) I ordered both on experiencing pain, but when the items arrived the pains had gone. However, they are recurring, so I expect to have another occasion when they can be used !

I have been using this tens unit since the end of July and it's already a piece of junk. I have many back issues and only use it on occasion when I really need it. I have recently been going through a bout of sciatica and it's totally useless. I put the unit on this morning and it only works if you hold the unit in one place. It has a short or something in it. Not happy with this product at all for the price I paid for it.

I have had low pack pain for years and this unit has made my days at work so much smoother. My pain has significantly reduced and I am able to find relief throughout the day. This is a must have for anyone who has tension or pain in low back.
